When you learn to regulate yourself and can be present with difficult feelings in the face of old patterns, you can let go of people pleasing, stop over functioning, overachieving, playing the victim, etc., and start living a life that is built on empowered presence, compassionate self awareness and an unshakable sense of what is true for you.

I HELP WOMEN CULTIVATE A NEW AND EMBODIED CONNECTION WITH LIFE.

By exploring the integrated disciplines of mindfulness, coaching, and somatic counseling (Somatic Experiencing), we will go on an empowering journey of self-discovery.

You will learn to be present with the joys of your life as equally as the sorrows, asking deeper questions and opening to deeper answers, learning to occupy the ground you stand on, and coming home to what is true for you. You will learn how to set clear and self caring boundaries (Say NO, when you mean NO, and only say YES, when it feels like an authentic YES). You will get to know what feels alive and true for you, and live a life of your own choosing, not what others wan’t or expect from you.

My commitment to you is to show up fully for you as an ally, friend, and guide. You bring what is true for you. I’ll bring honest reflection, compassion, and wit.

This Coaching Group has helped me find a deeper sense of love and compassion for myself as a woman and a human being.   • Large Group week we will all met from 6-8:30

    All sessions will be recorded.

  • Each participant will have access to group and individual coaching in which you will get relevant, present support. We learn so much from each other that it is really helpful to show up or the group coaching sessions.

  • We will gather for a day long retreat, in person in CA or WA, to do a deeper exploration into the core material.

  • One 1:1 Coaching or counseling session with Nichole in which you get to explore a particular issue, or anything in general.

  • Selected readings on topics based on the course material.

  • Video and audio meditations based on the material of each module.

  • Journaling and other creative practices to help you explore and integrate the material of each module.

  • Time in each session to share your own experience, be present for others as they share theirs, and to deepen connection with yourself and others.

  • Personal and group rituals to honor and celebrate your learning and growth, and to explore deeper pathways of healing.

  • Each session will include practices to help you get present and connect more with your body.

  • All practices and experiential explorations are mindfulness based and trauma informed, in that they are intended to support you in getting present, with an awareness of the historical material of your life.

Present & Embodied

At the foundation of the Embodied Presence coaching group, is a mindfulness based and trauma informed approach to cultivating a healthy relationship with yourself, in body and mind, so you can be present and feel safe in yourself.   

Contemporary trauma research is showing that a mindfulness and body based approach is the new gold standard for true healing and growth. To find freedom from dysfunctional patterns, we have to do more than just talk about it. It requires an approach that helps you build flexibility and ease in the nervous system so you can show up for life on life’s terms.

Drawing from my extensive training and certification Mindfulness facilitation and in Somatic Experiencing (nervous system based trauma therapy modality) you will be supported in learning new and healthy ways of relating to yourself, others and to life!

Module One

Getting Present, in your body, heart and mind: Exploring mindfulness and somatic practices to help you get to know what you really think and feel. Opening up to your present moment experience, so you can heal and transform.

Module Two

Cultivating Awareness and acknowledging “the problem”: Taking inventory of what patterns and behaviors are getting in your way. Identifying your codependence archetype/s, how it helped you, and how to heal it. Visioning how you want heal and transform, and what intentions you have for your future growth.

Module Three

Getting to know what you want: Exploring desire & longing for growth and healing. Getting to know what you love, desire and vision, outside of what others expect from you. Unpacking patterns of living up to others expectations, and creating a foundation of self awareness from which to explore your own values and desires.

Module Four

Cultivating Acceptance, Compassion & Forgiveness: Exploring self care, self forgiveness, making peace with your past, honoring who you are and where you have come from. Creating a new blue print for who you are becoming.

Module Five

Exploring your shadow and healing shame: Acknowledging old patterns, beliefs and behaviors that are operating in the shadows and keeping you stuck. Radical acceptance, and setting healing boundaries.

Module Six

Processing Grief and Letting Go: Grieving hurts and harms, having compassion for yourselves and others. Healing what needs to be healed, so you can move forward.

Taking responsibility and getting honest with yourself: Showing up as an emotionally responsible adult, and owning your power. Owning your choices, desires and longing, getting honest about your own patterns, and taking radical self responsibility for your own happiness.

Coaching Group

To keep this offering accessible to women of all means, there are three rates to choose from.
  • Supported Rate, $1175 or two payments of $587.50.

    For those who have been affected by social and economic injustice, medical or health impairment and would benefit from a more accessible rate.

  • Base Rate, $1475 or two payments of $740.

    This is the base rate which allows me sustainably offer a high touch program without overextending.

  • Benefactor Rate, $1775 or two payments of $890.

    This rate is for those who are privileged with abundant financial resources, who would like to pay at a higher rate, so this can be offered at a supported rate, to those who need financial assistance.

 FAQs

  • That is cool. Not everyone is dealing with the same thing. But the common link between everyone in the group is your desire to heal and grow, and unhook from dysfunctional patterns. So if codependence is your thing, but not perfectionism, or vice versa, for example, you can still explore the material but with a focus on unpacking and healing your particular issue. The practices we will explore will be supportive no matter which issues you relate to most.

  • Yes! Obviously life happens, and sometimes we just can’t make it, but this is not a program that you can just drop in and out of. To get the most of this program consistent attendance is essential.

    If you know ahead of time you can’t make the retreat or some of the sessions, you may want to wait until the next time the program is offered. They are essential components of the program.

    However, if life happens, as it is inclined to do, and if you miss a session, we can touch base about what you missed, and you will still have a lot of opportunity to regroup through the chat, doing the home practices, and small groups. The large groups will also be recorded so you can catch up that way.

    Frequent absences will not work. If you know ahead of time that you will have frequent absences, now might not be the best time for this program.

  • While most of the program is virtual, we will have the retreat in person, probably somewhere in Northern California or in the San Juan Islands in Washington state. At this point the tuition only includes the one day retreat. You will be responsible for your own lodging and meals. However, the intention is to expand the retreat portion of the program into a weekend intensive, at which point it will include an overnight stay, meals, and some guided playtime.

  • If you already feel a full YES, just send me an email saying HECK YEAH!, and I will send you all the registration links. Or, if this sounds really cool, but you need to ask some questions, let me know… we can hop on a 15 min call to explore if this would be a good fit. I’d love to chat with you!

  • Sessions have a basic structure that will be consistent throughout the program, but each session we will explore a new topic and do different/new practices. My commitment is to start ON TIME and ending ON TIME.

    Typically we will open with a meditation, individual check-ins, then we will recap previous material, introduce/explore new material, then move into general coaching, and close with a meditation/practice.
