FAQs
WHERE IS THE OFFICE LOCATED?
At present, I conduct all sessions online via zoom, or the video integration on my client portal.
I do occasional in person sessions in San Francisco, and on other areas depending on my travel schedule.
For daylong 1-1 immersions, I will meet with clients at my home office in Anderson Valley, Mendocino County, CA (2.5 hours north of San Francisco and well worth the drive). These sessions may include time outside, depending on the season and weather.
WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
I see clients Tuesday-Thursday, 10 am-5 pm. I offer occasional sessions on Fridays, but by appointment only.
Also, in the interest of cultivating personal and professional sustainability, I respond to emails in a manner that allows me to maintain a life balance. I strive to respond within 24 hours, but it sometimes takes a bit longer. I am grateful for your patience.
WHAT DO I DO TO GET STARTED?
First, please send me and email telling me a bit more about what kind of deeper personal work you want to do, and what about working together feels compelling to you.
If I feel like we are a good fit (meaning, if I think my skills a re a good match for the support you are seeking) , I will schedule a free introductory call to learn more about you and explore how I could serve you. Once we have concluded the initial call, we will schedule our first session, and I will send you all the intake forms for you to sign.
If it seems like I might not be the best fit for your needs, I will send you some referrals to other providers who I think would serve you well.
HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Once we decide to work together, you will choose a recurring session time. I will plug that into the client portal calendar, and you will receive a weekly session reminder. You can cancel or request extra sessions via the client portal calendar.
HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL SESSION?
Sessions are 50 mins and it begin at top of the hour.
